Dear colleague and relations,
AI is influencing, at high speed, our way of working, steering, and collaborating. Not only is the technology changing, but also the undercurrent of how we look, feel, and decide. Many organizations are currently searching for an attitude and approach in which AI remains a means, and people, leadership, and culture remain at the wheel. To reflect on this, I have developed a Quick Scan.
With this Quick Scan, I aim to gain insight into:
How organizations are already concretely embedding AI in their way of organizing, steering, and learning.
Where AI mainly brings acceleration and clarity—and where it instead creates alienation, tension, or blind spots.
Which patterns in leadership and culture are helpful in integrating AI in a mature and humane way.
The questions are not about technology, but about themes such as trust, power, and thinking patterns. Fill it in and see for yourself where your organization stands. Completing it is expected to take approximately 10 minutes.
I will use the outcomes anonymously as input for further research, publications, and development programs around AI, leadership, and culture. Individual responses will be treated confidentially. Naturally, the outcomes will also be shared with you.
Thank you in advance if you are willing to contribute.
With kind regards,
René de Baaij
